Job summary

TNS Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a sales support professional to assist the sales team with inquiries, quotations, and order processing. You will build relationships with customers and coordinate activities to drive sales and ensure smooth fulfilment.

Ideal candidates have at least one year in sales-support or customer service, with a willingness to learn product details and provide timely, accurate information. Training in product solutions will be provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales-support, customer-service or order management preferred.
• Knowledge of industrial networking, edge connectivity, or computing solutions is an asset.
• Positive, proactive attitude with focus on customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via email/phone/in person.
• Prepare quotations and sales documentation.
• Follow up on quotations and orders to convert leads.
• Process sales orders and provide updates for smooth fulfilment.
• Develop product knowledge and liaise with technical team for specs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive sales.
