Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Team Lead, IT Support, APAC to base in Singapore and build a best-in-class regional IT support function. You will lead a distributed team and shape the short-, mid-, and long-term vision for APAC IT while actively automating processes and mentoring your staff.

You will manage five engineers across Singapore and Bengaluru, partner with regional management, and drive technical excellence to enhance the overall IT experience for APAC offices.

• 2-5+ years of people management.

• Set the Vision: Drive the technical direction of the team with short-, medium-, and long-term strategies.
• People Leadership: Supervise and mentor a distributed team of five across SG and BLR.
• Drive Performance: Set goals, delegate tasks, and manage performance.
