Job summary

Careers @ Focal Search in Singapore is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to manage quotations, sales orders, and customer communications within a hybrid MNC environment. You will coordinate with warehouse and procurement, ensure accurate pricing, and maintain strong client relationships, supporting the sales team to hit KPIs.

The role requires a GCE O/Nitec level, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting. Visa sponsorship is not provided.

Qualifications

• GCE 'O' or Nitec Level.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Having experience with SAP is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email or phone.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, sales orders, and invoices.
• Coordinate with warehouse, and procurement teams for delivery schedules.
• Input and manage sales orders in the ERP system.
• Track order status and inform customers of delivery updates or delays.
• Ensure accuracy of pricing, discounts, and terms in all documentation.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Follow up on outstanding quotations and close sales in coordination with Sales team
• Handle customer feedback, returns, or complaints and escalated when necessary.
• Generate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for internal review.
• Maintain organized records of customer interactions, transactions, and communications.
• Support the sales team in achieving targets and KPIs.
• Any other ad hoc duties
