Presidio APAC is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to join our growing team in Singapore, supporting sales operations across the region.

You will coordinate end-to-end order processes, liaise with sales, suppliers and internal teams, and drive process improvements in a dynamic tech environment. This role offers exposure to IT products and ERP systems like Sage, with cross-functional collaboration across finance, operations and vendors.

Formación

• Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, Procurement or related operational roles in tech.
• Experience in the IT industry is essential.
• Knowledge of ERP systems (Sage) is advantageous.
• Strong coordination and communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, eager to learn and take ownership of tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Support the end-to-end order process, from quotations to order fulfilment.
• Collaborate with Sales to capture and execute customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and vendors on pricing, availability and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Finance and Operations to ensure smooth order processing.
• Monitor order progress and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and boost team efficiency.
• Develop knowledge of Presidio's products, vendors and business processes through on-the-job learning.
