Job summary

FOCAL SEARCH PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Operations Assistant to support day-to-day sales activities and client interactions. You will handle order acknowledgments, quotations, purchases, and sales orders, while coordinating deliveries and maintaining high levels of customer service.

The role requires basic office software skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work independently in a busy environment. Training will be provided, with a hybrid work setup after confirmation.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with accountability.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily ops to assist sales teams: order acknowledgment, quotation processing, purchase orders, and sales orders.
• Coordinate delivery of customer requests and communications.
• Provide excellent support and customer care to current clients.
• Answer phone calls and in-person inquiries; handle general administrative sales tasks.
• Flexible, ad hoc duties as directed by management.
