• Proven track record of building new Quality functions in APAC.
• Experience with both IVD and medical devices.
• Expertise in completing large and small scale harmonization projects.
• Experience creating robust Post Market Surveillance systems.

• Lead and mentor the Quality team across APAC.
• Drive compliance with QSRs, ISO certifications, and regulations.
• Collaborate with various teams to harmonize quality processes.
• Identify and mitigate quality risks proactively.
