Job Purpose

The processing staff is responsible for performing accurate and timely processing of operational transactions across CBGO. The role ensures compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements and SOP. As part of the organisation’s transformation journey, the role will also support the adoption of GenAI-assisted tools and continuous process improvement to enhance long-term productivity.

Key Accountabilities
  • Accuracy and timeliness of processing
  • Compliance with SOPs and control requirements
  • Contribution to GenAI adoption and productivity improvement initiatives
  • Effective handling of exceptions and stakeholders communication
  • Reduction of manual touchpoint over time.
Job Responsibilities

Operational Processing

Perform processing of business operations in accordance with SOPs, service‑level timeliness, and quality standard.

Maintain proper documentation, audit trails, and reporting records to support audit and compliance requirement.

GenAI‑Enabled Efficiency & Process Optimisation

Identify repetitive manual tasks that can be optimised or automated through GenAI or workflow enhancement.

Participate in process re‑engineering initiatives to streamline steps, update SOPs, and enhance overall operational productivity.

Contribute to the development of knowledge bases and exception handling guidelines.

Adhere to operational controls, risk standards and data privacy requirement.

Support investigations, audit queries, and compliance check.

Escalate unusual activities, inconsistencies or potential breaches.

Stakeholder Coordination

Work closely with respective Line Ops to resolve operational issues.

Provide timely updates on processing status and exceptions to relevant stakeholders.
