The successful candidate will assist in ongoing business activities such as marketing, transaction execution, and administrative support.

• Developing research and analysis
• Preparing company presentations and client materials for transactions or strategic discussions
• Building and maintaining complex financial models based on management input and public data
• Performing valuation analyses, including DCF, trading comparables, precedent transactions, and LBO analyses
• Participating in deal execution, engaging with team members, clients, transaction counterparts, and advisors
• Managing due diligence processes, preparing virtual data rooms, tracking information flow, and analyzing company data
• Handling administrative tasks as required
