Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a high-energy Business Development Representative to drive new revenue within Indonesia and Singapore markets. You will qualify opportunities, build target account lists, and engage executives to advance the sales cycle.

You will collaborate with AE teams, manage inbound leads, and like a fast-paced, AI-enabled environment where growth and learning paths are clearly defined.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia to converse with clients in the Indonesia market.
• Minimum 3 years Inside Sales experience within IT (New Business Development, Cold Calling, Planning/Strategy etc).
• Excellent track record selling to Singapore clients.
• Excellent Written/Verbal communication skills.
• High energy and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for enterprise accounts.
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Indonesia.
• Research and build "cold accounts" (contacts, emails, and cold calling).
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
• Conduct high level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelise Salesforce and the On-Demand model.
