Job summary

Leadout Capital seeks a high-energy Sales Development candidate for a BDR role in Singapore. You will generate opportunities, build target lists for Indonesia, and conduct outreach including cold calling and emails to drive revenue with senior executives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of inside sales experience in IT, excellent communication, and a proven track record of meeting quotas in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years inside sales experience in IT.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline for our products across Enterprise Accounts.
• Create and prioritise strategic target account lists within Indonesia.
• Research and build cold accounts by adding contacts, sending emails, and cold calling.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets/quotas.
• Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives in prospect accounts.
• Evangelize Salesforce and the On-Demand model.
