Job summary

Lotte Duty Free Singapore is seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to join our HR team. You will split your time between facilitating workshops for frontline staff and providing in-store coaching, with the remainder handling essential administrative and analytical reporting across our 19 stores.

You will coordinate onboarding, manage airport-specific training portals, and oversee mandatory compliance training while driving process improvements and data-driven HR reporting.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead workshops and engage diverse adult learners, ideally within retail/F&B.
• Proficient in Excel; maintain meticulous training records and financial docs.
• Ability to review processes/SOPs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent verbal and written English to partner with operations management and corporate stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding for frontline staff and executives; implement Buddy System at store level.
• Deliver Service Excellence workshops; review grooming standards to reflect the premium brand.
• Manage airport-specific training portals and portal registrations; handle awards matters.
• Oversee mandatory trainings (First Aid, Trade & Security Compliance) for regulatory requirements.
• Regularly visit stores across Changi Airport terminals to give real-time coaching on service standards.
• Review and refine L&D SOPs; manage training-related financial administration and EPs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly HR reports; measure training effectiveness and participation.
• Develop Employee Engagement programs to foster a positive workplace culture.
• Support other HR initiatives and broader admin projects as needed.
