Job summary

LOTTE TRAVEL RETAIL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to lead training for frontline teams. The role combines workshop facilitation and in-store coaching (about 40%) with essential administrative and reporting duties (about 60%). Based at our Tampines HQ with occasional visits to the Airport office and 19 stores.

You will partner with operations and HR leadership to improve L&D processes and employee engagement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
• Demonstrated training and facilitation experience with diverse adult learners.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and meticulous training records.
• Proactive, detail-oriented with process improvement mindset.
• Excellent verbal and written English for stakeholder partnership.
• Experience in retail, F&B, or high-touch service environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging workshops for frontline teams (~40%).
• Provide in-store coaching across Singapore operations (~40%).
• Handle essential administrative tasks and analytical reporting (~60%).
• Coordinate training delivery across Tampines HQ, airport office, and 19 stores.
