Good Job Creations (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to coordinate onboarding programmes for frontline retail staff and corporate hires at airport terminals. You will partner with Operations to implement the Buddy System and run Service Excellence workshops.

You’ll manage learning platforms, track training effectiveness, handle compliance training and vendor coordination, prepare reports, and support HR projects in a dynamic travel retail environment.

Formación

• Training and facilitation experience is required: Proven ability to lead workshops and engage diverse learners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience managing training records, reports, and financial documentation.
• Bachelor's in Human Resource and Management and Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate onboarding programmes for frontline retail employees and corporate executive-level hires.
• Partner with Operations teams to implement and monitor the Buddy System for effective employee integration.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and training programmes for frontline staff.
• Conduct grooming and brand standards briefings to ensure consistent customer-facing excellence.
• Manage airport-related learning platforms, including QSM registrations, One Changi Learning portal administration, and Extra Miles Award matters.
• Coordinate mandatory compliance training, including First Aid, Trade Compliance, and Security Compliance programmes.
• Conduct regular store visits across airport terminals to provide coaching and reinforce service and operational standards.
• Review and enhance Learning & Development SOPs, workflows, and training processes to improve effectiveness.
• Administer training-related expenditure proposals, payment requisitions, and vendor coordination.
• Prepare weekly and monthly Learning & Development reports, including training participation and effectiveness tracking.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives that support a positive workplace culture.
• Support HR projects and general administrative initiatives as assigned.
