Job summary

BUSINESS EDGE PERSONNEL SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Training & Development HR Executive to lead onboarding, facilitate workshops, and coach frontline teams across 19 stores at Changi Airport. You will manage L&D operations, drive engagement, and ensure training excellence.

The role requires hands-on workshop facilitation, strong Excel skills, and the ability to coordinate with Operations Management and corporate stakeholders. Regular visits to airport terminals are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Training & Development, or related field.
• Proven ability to lead training workshops and engage diverse adult learners.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel to accurately manage training records and financial documentation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate onboarding journeys for frontline staff and executives, including Buddy System partnerships.
• Facilitate Service Excellence workshops and review grooming standards for premium brand representation.
• Manage airport learning portals (QSM, One Changi Learning) and coordinate awards programs.
