Responsibilities

• Pre-set meals on trays according to airline's specifications.
• Collect all required items and equipment for presetting.
• Refer to documents to preset the trays accurately.
• Highlight if there are any shortages for meal items and return the un-used balances to respective departments.
• Ensure work area is neat and tidy before leaving the workplace.
