Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd is seeking an Airfreight Import Coordinator in Singapore. The role covers end-to-end shipments, from documentation to billing, with a focus on accuracy and customer updates.

You will coordinate with airlines and partners, ensuring compliance with procedures and service standards. The position includes company transport to various areas and offers a structured work schedule.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airfreight import operations, customs clearance, shipment documentation and billing.
• Good customer service, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, delivery arrangements and billing.
• Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners and internal departments.
• Monitor shipment progress and ensure compliance with operational procedures and service standards.
• Maintain accurate shipment records and assist in resolving shipment delays or documentation issues.
• Support process improvements and guide junior team members when required.

Salary: Up to $4,000+AWS+VB
Working Days: Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturday
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Company Transport Provided: Admiralty, Sengkang, Tampines & Tanah Merah

Job Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight import shipments, including documentation, customs clearance, delivery arrangements and billing.

• Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates and resolve operational issues.

• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners and internal departments.
