RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive to handle airfreight enquiries, coordinate shipment bookings, and liaise with airlines and overseas agents for smooth cargo movement.

You will prepare and verify shipping documents, track shipments, and provide timely status updates to customers. A Diploma or above with experience in airfreight or logistics is required; location is Changi Bay, five-day workweek, with a competitive salary of SGD 4,000 plus VB and

• Resolve customer issues promptly by investigating concerns and delivering clear, effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate operational records and support daily logistics activities to enhance service quality.

Our Client, is a freight forwarding and logistics solutions provider offering air freight, sea freight, customs clearance, warehouse, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position of Customer Service Executive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle airfreight enquiries and coordinate shipment bookings with customers.

• Liaise with airlines, overseas agents and internal teams to ensure smooth cargo movement.

• Prepare and verify shipping documents according to regulations and company requirements.
