Triton AI Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Freight Forwarding Coordinator focused on airfreight imports in Singapore. You will coordinate shipments with customers, overseas offices and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and accurate documentation.

The role requires 1–4 years of customer service in freight forwarding, especially airfreight, with strong English communication. Hybrid work arrangements apply, and company transport is provided at multiple pickup points.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum GCE O-Level qualification.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience for Executive positions, or 3–4 years for Senior Executive positions.
• Experience in freight forwarding, particularly airfreight operations, will be an advantage.
• Familiarity with shipping terms and documentation; knowledge of both air and sea freight is preferred.
• Good written and spoken English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage competing shipment priorities.
• Proactive, responsible and able to work independently while collaborating effectively with others.
• A customer service mindset and commitment to resolving issues promptly.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
