Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an experienced Airfreight Export Clerk to join our logistics team. You will manage end-to-end shipments, including booking, documentation, customs clearance and billing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The ideal candidate has CargoWise experience, strong customer service and coordination skills, and can liaise with airlines and ground handlers. Singaporean applicants only.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of airfreight export operations and documentation, customs requirements and billing.
• Excellent customer service, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end airfreight export shipments (booking, documentation, cargo coordination, customs clearance and billing).
• Handle customer enquiries, provide shipment updates and resolve export-related issues.
• Liaise with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners and internal departments.
• Monitor export shipments to ensure timely processing and compliance with operational requirements.
• Maintain accurate shipping records and resolve documentation discrepancies or shipment delays.
• Support process improvements and guide junior team members when required.

Salary: Up to $3,500+AWS+VB
Working Days: Monday – Friday + Alternate Saturday
Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 9:00am – 5:30pm

• Alternate Saturday: 9:00am – 1:00pm

Company Transport Provided: Admiralty, Sengkang, Tampines & Tanah Merah

Job Responsibilities
