Job summary

A leading aviation support service provider in Singapore seeks an individual to assist in checking aircraft components and consumables availability. Responsibilities include ordering, monitoring inventory, updating shortage lists, and supporting engineers. Candidates must have a Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering and strong communication skills. Experience with SAP is preferred, and the role requires flexibility for shift work.

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or equivalent.
• Effective communication in English is required.
• Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced workspace.

Responsibilities

• Check availability of aircraft components and consumables.
• Order and monitor required ad-hoc aircraft components.
• Update Daily Spares Shortage list and track task completion.
• Communicate spares availability with Engineers.
• Perform installation/dismantling of components on SAP.
• Manage 3rd party spares inventory.

Skills

Good communication in written and spoken English

Ability to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment

SAP experience

Education

Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in checking of aircraft components and consumables availability
• Ordering and monitoring of ad-hoc aircraft components and consumables required.
• Updating Daily Spares Shortage list and track task completion
• Communicate with Engineers on spares availability
• Performing credit back of unused spares
• Perform installation/dismantling of aircraft components on SAP
• Managing 3rd party spares inventory
• Communicate with Customer Support team when required.
• Carry out any other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Executive.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Higher Nitec in Aerospace Engineering or Equivalent
• Good communication in written and spoken in English.
• Able to work in dynamic and fast-moving environment.
• SAP experienced preferred
• Must be able to perform Shift Works
