Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail‑oriented Airfreight Coordinator at Changi Airfreight Centre to manage shipping instructions, bookings, and status updates for client shipments. You will work with procurement, Traffic Team, and customers, ensuring compliance with SOPs, Incoterms 2010, and accurate data entry in our systems while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiarity with export processes.
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Flexible and meticulous with details.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with destination and customer for shipping instructions.

• Interface with customer, warehouse, carriers, and customs on shipment requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customers' Standard Operating Procedures and update data in system.
• Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoices.
• Take lead in issue resolutions and implement improvements to service capability.

Description du poste

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with destination and customer for shipping instruction
• Booking of flights with procurement team.
• Arrange shipments collection with customers and Traffic Team
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly
• Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customers requirements
• Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure all data are updated correctly in system
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements
• Monitors progress to achieve month end targets
• Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice
• Take charge of suppliers invoice disputesTake lead in issue resolutions
• Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team
• All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Flexible / Adaptive to changes
• Meticulous to details
