Job summary

Yusen Logistics (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced logistics professional to coordinate airfreight shipments, manage bookings, and liaise with customers and internal teams at Changi Airfreight Centre.

The role requires 3–4 years of airfreight experience, strong knowledge of export processes and Incoterms 2010, with a proactive, meticulous, and collaborative mindset. On-site work at Changi Airfreight Centre offers a fast-paced environment and exposure to end-to-end logistics operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma in Logistics / Supply Chain or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 4 years of experience in Airfreight and familiar with export process.
• Good understanding of Incoterms 2010.
• Self-discipline, initiative, responsible and independent in a fast-paced environment.
• A good team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible / Adaptive to changes.
• Meticulous to details.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with destination and customer for shipping instruction.
• Booking of flights with procurement team.
• Arrange shipments collection with customers and Traffic Team.
• Basic knowledge on cargo commodity as per IATA rules and regulation.
• Track and monitor shipments status and inform customer accordingly.
• Maintain good relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Handle all customers' enquiries timely and effectively.
• Work closely with internal operations to meet customers requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customers Standard Operating Procedures.
• Ensure all data are updated correctly in system.
• Interface with multiple parties including customer, warehouse, carriers, customs, etc on shipment requirements.
• Monitors progress to achieve month end targets.
• Work with billing team to close off jobs and issue invoice.
• Take charge of suppliers invoice disputes.
• Take lead in issue resolutions.
• Implement improvements to enhance service capability within the team.
• All other ad-hoc work instructions from Supervisor / Manager.
