Job summary

Worldwide Hotels Singapore seeks a Guest Service Assistant to warmly welcome guests, handle luggage, and escort them to the front desk for check‑in.

You will load/unload baggage, keep the driveway clear, support guests’ transport needs, deliver mail and packages, and introduce hotel facilities.

Ideal candidates are friendly, team‑oriented, and able to work 9–12 hour shifts including weekends/public holidays; basic English required; familiarity with AI productivity tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or support operations is a plus.
• Basic English communication with guests is required.
• Friendly and positive demeanor is essential.
• Team player with ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work 9–12 hour shifts including weekends/public holidays.
• Ability to adhere to workplace safety SOPs.
• Experience with AI productivity tools (Copilot/ChatGPT or similar) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage and directing to front desk.
• Assist in loading/unloading luggage and monitor driveways for smooth operations.
• Assist guests with transportation needs and highlight hotel facilities.
• Deliver correspondence and packages to rooms or designated areas.
• Keep the workplace clean and well maintained at all times.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Report any lost and found items.
• Utilise AI productivity tools to enhance reporting and communication.
• Perform other duties within reasonable scope and support sustainability initiatives.
