Job summary

Worldwide Hotels (WWH) in Singapore seeks a guest service associate to warmly welcome guests, assist with luggage, and direct them to the front desk for check-in. You will help load/unload luggage, keep driveways clear, and support guests with transportation needs and hotel facilities.

The role requires a friendly demeanor, basic English, and the ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Training will be provided; experience with AI tools is a plus.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in guest service is an added advantage, training provided.
• Ability to converse in basic English for guest interaction.
• Friendly, positive demeanor and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Experience with AI-powered productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and assist with luggage, directing them to front office for check-in.
• Assist with loading/unloading luggage and counting pieces to prevent loss.
• Keep drive-in/driveway clear to facilitate loading and unloading of luggage.
• Assist guests with transportation needs and promote hotel facilities.
• Deliver guests' correspondence and packages to rooms or designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, well-maintained workplace at all times.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Report any lost and found items promptly.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to a more inclusive organisation.
