Job summary

The role requires at least 1 year in bell or guest service, strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and a proactive service attitude.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience in bell or guest service roles.
• Excellent communication and a friendly, approachable demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and departure with courteous service.
• Handle luggage, parcels, and items with storage, tagging and retrieval.
• Escort guests to rooms and hotel facilities as needed.
• Assist with directions, transportation, and local information.
• Maintain the entrance, lobby, bell desk, and luggage storage areas.
• Support concierge, front office, and bell teams for smooth service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and escalate complex issues.
• Ensure equipment and trolleys are clean and stored.
• Uphold grooming and brand standards.
