Job summary

Worldwide Hotels is hiring a guest services assistant to welcome guests, help with luggage, and assist front-of-house operations across its properties in Singapore. You will support driveways, transportation needs, and guest inquiries while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Training will be provided; familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT is a plus. Weekend and public holiday shifts are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest service or front-of-house is preferred but training will be provided.
• Ability to converse in basic English for guest interaction.
• Willingness to work 10–12 hour shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Adherence to SOPs and safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and assist with luggage and directions.
• Assist loading/unloading luggage and ensure no items go missing.
• Keep driveway clear for loading/unloading and support transportation needs.
• Deliver guests’ correspondence and packages to rooms or designated areas.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist guests as needed.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain hotel facilities.
• Report any lost and found items promptly.
• Utilize AI tools to boost productivity, reporting and communication.
• Support sustainability initiatives and contribute to an inclusive environment.
