About the Role
We are seeking a curious and passionate AI Algorithm Engineer to help build the next generation of AI Native product experiences.
You will work closely with real-world product scenarios, deeply integrating large language models and multimodal AI technologies into user interactions, driving engineering excellence and continuous evolution of core AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Integrate large language and multimodal models (e.g. Qwen-VL, DeepSeek) into product workflows, including lightweight fine-tuning and inference optimization when needed
- Design and deliver innovative AI features, such as intelligent agents, content generation, and automated task orchestration
- Contribute to the development and iteration of AI evaluation systems, ensuring stability, performance, and user-centric quality metrics
- Track cutting-edge research and rapidly apply valuable innovations into key product scenarios
- Support data operations including preprocessing, augmentation, and quality monitoring
- Collaborate closely with client-side engineering and product teams to ensure seamless AI experience across platforms
Requirements
Core Skills & Foundational Knowledge
- Master’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or related fields (Outstanding undergraduates, recent graduates or candidates within 2 years of graduation are welcome)
- Strong programming and engineering mindset, proficient in Python throughout the AI development lifecycle
- Solid understanding of machine learning & deep learning fundamentals: optimization, generalization, data quality, etc.
- Familiarity with key AI domains such as LLMs, computer vision, multimodal learning, and model compression
- Quick learner of common AI toolchains including PyTorch and Transformers
- Experience working in Linux environments with strong debugging and practical engineering skills

Language & Communication
- Fluent/Business level English
- Fluent Mandarin communication skills for daily technical discussions and teamwork with internal Mandarin‑speaking stakeholders in China
