Job description
Role Purpose

The Agency Strategy Executive plays a key role in supporting strategic agency initiatives by combining product knowledge, data-driven insights, and execution excellence. Focused on H&P Club and Joint Sales Advisory for the first half of 2026, this role ensures that initiatives are designed and activated with analytical capabilities and clear value propositions for Financial Reps and Agency Leaders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Product & Proposition Support: Understand and articulate the features, benefits, and competitive positioning of life insurance products underpinning H&P Club and Joint Sales Advisory initiatives.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze agency performance data, segmentation trends, and adoption metrics to inform activation strategies and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Activation Planning: Support the development and execution of initiative rollouts, ensuring messaging and tools are aligned with product propositions and agency needs.
  • Content Development: Create clear, compelling materials (FAQs, EDMs, dashboards, toolkits) that translate product and initiative details into actionable guidance for the field.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs such as participation rates, product mix, and behavioral adoption; provide regular reporting and insights to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cluster heads, BDMs, and field leaders to localize strategies and ensure strong endorsement and uptake.
Qualifications & Experience
  • At least 2 years of experience in agency strategy, product, or sales enablement (insurance industry preferred).
  • Understanding of life insurance products and agency distribution dynamics.
  • Analytical skills with experience in interpreting data, generating insights, and presenting findings.
