Responsibilities
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the programmes, pricings, schedules, processes, and procedures

  • Deliver professional, high-quality service experience to existing and potential customers

  • Identify and assess the needs of customers to ensure sustained high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction

  • Engage potential customers with interest and provide them with clear explanations on the offered programmes, pricing, and schedules

  • Develop professional rapport with customers and ensure that their needs are attended to professionally and timely

  • Take ownership of customers’ problems and seek to resolve in an effective and efficient manner

  • Communicate closely with teachers to acquire a clear understanding of the flow of operation

  • Continually identify areas for improvements to improve existing processes and enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction

  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties

Requirements
  • Highly proficiency in written and spoken English; able to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous

  • Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and practices

  • A knack for detail, well-organised, and resourceful

  • Able to work under strict schedule deadlines and handle multiple priorities with ease

  • Excellent problem-solver, quick-learner, and self-starter

Additional Information
