A leading educational institution in Singapore seeks a dedicated customer service professional to enhance client satisfaction. Responsibilities include developing rapport with customers, resolving issues swiftly, and understanding programme details. Acquire in-depth knowledge of the programmes, pricings, schedules, processes, and procedures
Deliver professional, high-quality service experience to existing and potential customers
Identify and assess the needs of customers to ensure sustained high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
Engage potential customers with interest and provide them with clear explanations on the offered programmes, pricing, and schedules
Develop professional rapport with customers and ensure that their needs are attended to professionally and timely
Take ownership of customers’ problems and seek to resolve in an effective and efficient manner
Communicate closely with teachers to acquire a clear understanding of the flow of operation
Continually identify areas for improvements to improve existing processes and enhance overall customer experience and satisfaction
Other ad-hoc administrative duties
Highly proficiency in written and spoken English; able to communicate in Chinese would be advantageous
Excellent knowledge of CRM systems and practices
A knack for detail, well-organised, and resourceful
Able to work under strict schedule deadlines and handle multiple priorities with ease
Excellent problem-solver, quick-learner, and self-starter
Emotionally mature and passionate about customer service
Possess a positive attitude, dynamic and task-oriented
Outgoing and pleasant personality
Able to work well in a team and individually with little direction
Flexible, open-minded, adaptable to changes, and have the desire to grow through constructive criticism
Monthly salary up to $4000
Salary commensurate with expertise and experience
5-day workweek (3 weekdays and 2 weekends)
