A leading jewellery company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Support professional to manage maintenance, supplies, and inventory at their head office and retail outlets. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of relevant experience and possess excellent organizational and multitasking skills. A driving license is a plus but not mandatory. This role requires a proactive team player who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Coordinate Operations: Manage maintenance and repairs for the head office, retail outlets, and storage facilities to ensure seamless operations.
Liaise with Contractors: Schedule and follow up on facility servicing, including lifts, air conditioning, and general repairs.
Manage Supplies: Track, order, and replenish office and outlet consumables to ensure uninterrupted daily operations.
Support Inventory & Deliveries: Assist with stock receiving, maintain accurate inventory records, and organize storage areas efficiently.
Assist with Administrative Tasks: Handle documentation, filing, and general office duties, while supporting ad-hoc operational needs.
Ensure Organization: Keep office and storage areas tidy, organized, and optimized for maximum efficiency.
1 year of relevant administrative or operations support experience (entry-level candidates are welcome to apply).
Class 3/3A Driving License is a plus, but not required.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
