Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the department.
- Coordinate documentation like quotations and invoices.
- Support payroll administration and verify overtime.
- Manage incoming phone inquiries.

- Provide admin support to Accounts & Operations Department
- Issue & coordinate documentation – quotations, invoices, workers’ permits etc
- Support payroll administration, including verifying overtime (OT)
- Answer incoming phone enquiries
- Update and maintain database
- Photocopying, filing and scanning of documents
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior
Minimum Requirements
- Min ‘O’ level or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Office is a must
- Ability to converse in English & Mandarin
- Hands on experience in MYOB will be an added advantage
- Willing to learn & able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, meticulous and possess good organizational skills
