About the role

We are seeking Admin Executive to join our team at ICAS Training and Education College (ICASTEC) Pte Ltd in the Central Region. As the first point of contact for our organisation, this full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our front desk operations.

What you'll be doing
  1. Greeting and welcoming visitors, students, and staff in a professional and friendly manner
  2. Answering and directing incoming phone calls, emails and enquiries to the appropriate department or individual
  3. Maintaining a neat and organised reception area, cleanliness of classrooms, ensuring it is well-stocked with relevant materials
  4. Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
  5. Providing general information about our college, courses, and services to students and visitors
  6. Coordinating meeting room bookings and other facility management duties
  7. Supporting the wider administrative team as required
What we're looking for
  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders
  2. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  3. Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software such as Microsoft Office
  4. Customer service experience, preferably in an educational or professional services environment

  7. Able to work on weekend
