About Us

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with prior experience in an employment/recruitment agency to join our dynamic team and support our day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to recruiters and management, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and candidate/client inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, job postings, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Assist with candidate onboarding, including collecting documentation, preparing contracts, and compliance checks.
  • Schedule interviews, client meetings, and assessments.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and agency regulations.
  • Support billing, invoicing, and timesheet management for temporary staff.
  • Perform general office administration duties, including filing, scanning, and maintaining records.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant in an employment/recruitment agency (essential).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employment contracts, and onboarding procedures.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ATS/CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
