Job summary

A human resource management agency in Singapore is seeking an administrative support professional. This role includes providing support for events, managing member communications, and maintaining office organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills in English. The position requires independent work and engagement with various stakeholders. The hourly pay ranges from $10 to $15 with possible weekend hours.

  • Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally.
  • Able to work independently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support for TTAB Awards Night.
  • Answer members’ queries via various communication channels.
  • Prepare for engagement sessions with members.
  • Manage delivery of wreaths/get well baskets.
  • Submit monthly PayNow collections report.
  • Maintain office organization and manage social media channels.

Job description

- ASAP till 31st Dec 2025
- $10 - $15/hr
- Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm (Might be required to work on weekends with appropriate remuneration)
- One Marina Boulevard

Responsibilities
  • Administrative support for execution of TTAB Awards Night in Nov 2025, including liaising with event management vendor, RSVPs, sponsors, and support programme delivery
  • Answer members’ queries (walk-in / email / call / Whatsapp)
  • Disseminating information to members
  • Preparation of engagement sessions with members
  • Arrange delivery of wreath / get well baskets to BOs
  • Submission of monthly PayNow collections report to Finance
  • Maintenance of office (eg. Filing, notice board, etc)
  • Manage Facebook and Telegram Channel
Location
  • One Marina Boulevard
Working Hours
  • Mon-Fri, 8:30am-6pm (Might be required to work on weekends with appropriate remuneration)
