Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the processing application of card applications
  • Ensure that each application is correctly processed with 100% accuracy
  • Ensure that all applications allocated is processed within the shift itself
  • Responsive to alert Team Leader should there be any abnormality in an application
  • Ensure that correct explanation is given, should an application be rejected
  • Comply with the SOPs / guidelines / directives or any other official written instructions implemented
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in the scope that has been assigned
  • A good team player, possess a cheerful personality and a positive attitude
  • Meticulous with details, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multitask and handle high volume of work
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and sensitivity in the management of work
Working Hours / Location
  • 4 days work, 2 days off (rotating basis)
  • Shift pattern:AMAMPMPMOFFOFF
  • AMShift:9am-6.30pm,PMShift:12.30pm-10pm (with 1hr lunch break)
  • Thomson-Sin Ming Ave ; Midview City (Bright Hill MRT)
