Job description

We do offer AWS (after probation) and also fast-track progression whereby staffs are assess and their remuneration reviewed every 3 months during their 12 months with the company.

Administration Assistants

Successful candidate/s will join our Commercial Services team to serve our 150-strong merchants across Singapore. Our CS team is responsible for our daily success in processing orders and making deliveries fast, smooth and hassle-free.

Commercial Services team aims to ensure smooth process from inventory to orders to picking to deliveries to payments to sending reports to filings.

We are looking to fill up to 4 positions with the best of the best candidates who are passionate at work and are inspiring to work with.

Responsibilities
  • Receive and process orders and returns from Merchants.
  • Communicate with Merchant for errors or changes.
  • Supervise Warehouse Team to ensure picking is accurate.
  • Work with Agility Team to provide smooth and on-time deliveries.
  • Request, receive and record payments.
  • Track and record daily deliveries.
  • Track and record payments for verifications.
  • Keep our proprietary ordering system accurate.
  • Stocktaking and general filings duties.
  • Support sales team - disseminate informations, after-sales services, merchants enquiries, inventory accuracy.
Pre-Requisites
  • Preferably with 2-6 years of admin experience
  • Training provided.
  • Humble and courteous.
  • Dedication to the job.
  • Passionate to serve customers.
  • Able to take pressure from customers
  • Prompt actions - Sense of urgency.
  • General computer skills.
Remuneration
  • Salary between $2000 - $2400 (depend on relevant experience and including CPF)
  • 8.30am to 6.15pm
  • Monday - Friday
  • Paid annual leave
