  • Handles the administrative functions in the day-to-day operations of the assigned condominium/building.
  • Provide customer service to the owners/tenants in the estate/building.
  • Ensure proper administration of facilities bookings.
  • Collection of management and sinking funds.
  • Ensure compliance with the by-laws of the estate/building.
  • Ensure compliance with PFS policies and ISO procedures.
