Job description
Responsibilities
  • Provide general secretarial, administrative, and hospitality support for the department.

  • Assist the sales team in handling, preparing, and following up on documents such as sales quotations, job orders, rental agreements, purchase orders, and letters.

  • Perform data entry and ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of sales and client records.

  • Collate and compile documents for submission to clients and regulatory authorities (e.g., MOM, HDB, LTA).

  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and marketing‑related surveys to support business insights.

  • Prepare and consolidate reports by gathering relevant data from various stakeholders.

  • Work closely with other departments/divisions to ensure seamless interdepartmental coordination.

  • Offer constructive feedback and propose solutions when operational issues arise.

  • Undertake any other ad‑hoc tasks and duties as and when assigned by the Superior.

Requirements
  • Min. GCE “O” Levels or Diploma

  • Min. 1 years of working experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint).
