  • Performing day‑to‑day operational duties.
  • Timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
  • Handling customer inquiries and providing sales quotations.
  • Manage customer requests efficiently and resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate with various departments regarding customer orders.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely restocking and efficient organisation.
  • Assisting with daily purchasing operations, including material sourcing and liaising with local suppliers.
  • Maintaining all necessary documents and reports required for SFA, MUIS audit and relevant safety certifications.
  • Managing inventory movement to ensure smooth operations.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of office policies and procedures.
  • Perform other general administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in your work.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing demands.
