Job description
Roles & Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager, providing administrative and clerical assistance to ensure effective and efficient operations of the company.
  • Maintain administrative files, ensuring data and records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Receive and greet clients, visitors and guests, providing excellent customer service.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail, documents, packages and courier deliveries.
  • Provide administrative support tasks to other teams, maintain and update calendars, schedule meetings.
  • Manage office supplies such as stationery and keep inventory of stock.
  • Perform data entry and assist with monthly stock-taking.
  • Execute ad-hoc duties allocated by Manager.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent, with a minimum of 3 years of working experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Positive, proactive, detail-oriented and collaborative with good organizational skills to deftly manage multiple competing priorities.
  • Good working attitude, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, helpful and self-motivated.
  • Able to possess exceptional analytical skills, good verbal and written communication skills, and to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal formats.
  • Ability to prioritize work, meticulous attention to detail and high accuracy in work, result-oriented focus.
  • A great problem solver, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Team player who works effectively with various levels within an organization, including senior-level leadership, professionals and staff, and quickly builds relationships.
