Job summary

A leading service management company in Singapore is looking for an administration and order management professional. The role involves managing CRM functions, preparing reports, and supporting the sales team. Ideal candidates have an ITE or diploma qualification, attention to detail, and some experience in sales. Immediate availability is preferred. On-the-job training will be provided.

Job Description
  • Perform administration and order management functions.
  • Manage the creation of recurring monthly contract modules in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Process all job orders accurately to facilitate smooth billing.
  • Process the claims of jobs completed by the Project team.
  • Prepare monthly reports on the status of maintenance contracts.
  • Prepare monthly meeting minutes for the Sales team.
  • Work closely with Sales Managers and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of services and follow up of JO creation activities.
  • Provide relevant support and assistance to the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Experience with CRM tools (especially Salesforce) is an added advantage.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned by the Supervisor.
Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales would be an added advantage
