We’re hiring an Admin Officer (Case Management) to oversee case filings, manage legal documentation, andensure compliance with court procedures. If you have experience in case management, legal administration, or drafting legal correspondence, this role could be a great fit for you.

📍 Nearest MRT: City Hall
🕘 Working Hours: Mon to Thurs: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Fri: 8.30 am to 5.30 pm
💰 Salary: Up to $4000/month
📅 Start Date: January 2026

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Manage cases filed by reviewing, analyzing, and identifying issues within filings and documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable legislation, rules, procedures, and policies.
  • Draft reports, notices, and correspondence, while liaising with internal stakeholders, lawyers, self-represented persons and other external agencies to facilitate the efficient disposal of cases.
  • Upload correspondences, emails, and documents related to cases into the case management system.
  • Update and maintain case-related information within the case management system.
  • Perform additional administrative duties related to case management and scheduling hearings.
Requirements:
  • Degree in law/ legal studies will be a plus.
  • Previous experience in case management or legal administration.
  • Familiarity with court procedures and documentation will be an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
