Job summary

A logistics support company in Singapore is seeking an experienced administrative professional for various tasks, including assisting the logistics department, coordinating material movements, and maintaining accurate records. Qualifications

  • Provide reception coverage when necessary.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating the movement of materials.
  • Communicate with suppliers and project staff for timely delivery.
  • Track and update delivery statuses.
  • Maintain and update records of inventory.
  • Assist with stock-taking and asset-tracking.
  • Record and update daily working hours and overtime.
  • Collect and verify timesheets and attendance records.
  • Prepare monthly overtime reports for payroll.

  • Communicate with suppliers and project staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Track and update delivery statuses, providing regular progress reports to the project team.
  • Maintain and update records of material and tool inventory.
  • Assist with stock-taking and asset-tracking activities.
  • Record and update daily working hours and overtime for workers and site staff.
  • Collect, review, and verify timesheets, attendance records, and overtime claims from site supervisors.
  • Prepare and submit monthly overtime reports to support payroll processing.
Requirements
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 - 3 years of administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
