The Job
  • Managing office administration and facilities, including pantry supplies, stationery procurement, mail services etc.
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders for office upkeep and repair/maintenance schedules.
  • Overseeing corporate administration and event support.
  • Providing administrative support and ad hoc tasks.
  • Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding, including attendance management and procurement of onboarding supplies.
The Talent
  • Minimum 5 years of office administration experience.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledgeable with Microsoft Office.
  • Good communication skills.
