Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to office and team as required in a timely, proactive and diligent manner.
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company processes and procedures.
  • Perform and maintain project records and status.
  • Manage inventory and procurement of IT infrastructure.
  • Assist colleagues where necessary, and other general administrative duties/tasks.

Daily
  1. Attend to user storage requests
  2. Request for storage quotations
  3. Check approved memos and liaise with finance for PR/PO creation
  4. Other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by customer
Monthly
  1. Generate Monthly Consumption for Finance (1st week of the month)
  2. Cross check vendor's DO & delivered items
  3. Prepare asset disposal listing for disposal
Quarterly
  1. Work with vendor to finalize the loading list
  2. Generate PO accumulation report
Yearly
  1. Annual asset verification
