About the Role

The Programme Coordinator supports children with developmental needs and their families by providing administrative and programme coordination support to the Preschool and Social Work team. The role ensures smooth centre operations while assisting Social Workers in the delivery and coordination of care, programmes, and services.

Responsibilities
  • Handle admin tasks: filing, scheduling, reports, and documentation.
  • Maintain client records and assist in case management.
  • Coordinate appointments, referrals, and home visits.
  • Support programmes, workshops, and outreach events.
  • Communicate with clients and caregivers under guidance.
  • Uphold confidentiality and assist in daily centre operations.
Requirements
  • Min. GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma.
  • Admin or social service experience preferred.
  • Good communication and IT skills.
  • Empathetic, organised, and able to multitask.
