Working Hour: 8am-5pm

Working Location: Tai Seng

What you'll be doing?
  • Answer inquiries: You'll be the friendly face answering phone calls and directing them to the right person.
  • Welcome visitors: Greet and guide visitors with a smile, offering refreshments when needed.
  • Maintain the reception: Keep the reception area tidy and professional, ensuring everything is in order for a smooth workday.
  • Coordinate events: Help set up meetings and events, making sure everything is ready on time.
  • Organize office activities: Assist in planning office events and ordering corporate gifts and swag.
  • Manage supplies: Oversee the procurement of office supplies, ensuring everything is stocked and ready for use.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks: Be prepared to take on additional duties as they arise, showing your versatility and commitment to the team.
