Job description
Contract Period
- 2 Jan 2026 to 331 Dec 2026
Deployment
- Mon to Thurs: 7am to 4pm (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break)
- Fri: 7am to 3.30pm (inclusive of 30 mins lunch break)
- Service not required on Sat, Sun, and PH's
Scope of works
- Handle Reception duties
- Attend Visitors
- Attend Goods Delivery
- Assist in General Admin and Students related duties
- Followup on absentees.
- Attend to unwell students
- Manage Sick bay
- Assist in Records Management
