Job summary

A human resources management firm in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Officer. The role involves providing logistical and administrative assistance across various departments, maintaining SAP for time and attendance management, and supporting procurement processes. Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and logistical support to assigned departments.
  • Maintain and update SAP (time administration, attendance, leave tracking).
  • Create purchase requisitions and purchase orders.
  • Handle daily admin/logistics needs (stationery, printers, copiers, pantry supplies, etc.).
  • Support department staff with procurement, service applications, and travel/hotel bookings.
  • Assist in preparing routine departmental reports.
  • Support department heads/managers with meeting scheduling.
  • Perform general administrative tasks (photocopying, filing, issuing stationery/equipment).

Requirements:

  • Minimum “O” Level or equivalent with at least 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Familiar with company systems and procedures.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • SAP knowledge is an advantage.
