Job Descriptions:
  • Greet visitors and clients professionally at the front desk, and serve beverages as needed.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the relevant personnel.
  • Support the sales team with order processing, documentation, and data entry.
  • Maintain and update customer sales records in the database.
  • Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks, including document checking and filing.
  • Arrange courier services and coordinate with freight forwarders for goods delivery.
  • Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth movement of materials and finished goods.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Job Requirements:
  • 1 year of admin/logistics experience preferred.
  • Familiar with ERP systems (e.g., AutoCount) and MS Office.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Working Hours:

Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
